Terms of Service – Exloop

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Exloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Exloop.

2. Description of Service

Exloop is a subscription and bill tracking application that helps users monitor recurring expenses, view upcoming payments, and understand spending patterns over time. Exloop may use third-party services, including Plaid Inc., to connect to financial accounts.

3. User Accounts

To use Exloop, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Financial Account Connections

When you choose to connect financial accounts through Plaid, you authorize Exloop and Plaid to access and retrieve information from those accounts. You represent that you have the authority to provide such authorization. Plaid's use of your data is governed by Plaid's own terms of service and privacy policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Exloop for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Exloop or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Exloop or its servers
• Use automated means to access Exloop without our express written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Exloop
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices from Exloop

6. Intellectual Property

Exloop and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Raiku Technologies Inc and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Exloop for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, Exloop relies on data from third-party sources and user input. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information displayed in Exloop. You are responsible for verifying information and should not rely solely on Exloop for financial decisions.

8. Fees and Payment

Exloop may offer both free and paid features. If you subscribe to paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change fees with advance notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Exloop at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features within Exloop.

10. Disclaimers

EXLOOP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EXLOOP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAIKU TECHNOLOGIES INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF EXLOOP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raiku Technologies Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Exloop or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raiku Technologies Inc is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through Exloop or via email. Your continued use of Exloop after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
